The office of Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell provided ABC15 with the following statement:
I have been informed today of the resignation of Officer Jaen. The City Council and I continue to refrain from passing judgment on the Jan. 15 officer-involved shooting of Antonio Arce while we await the conclusion of the Tempe Police administrative investigation as well as the Maricopa County Attorney’s decision on criminal charges. As I have expressed, inserting any political influence at this stage would be wrong. I continue to hold the Arce family and Officer Jaen and his family in my thoughts."

The family of a teen who was killed by a Tempe Police officer wants records connected to the case but police would only release them if the family signed a nondisclosure agreement.
IF the Tempe Police Dept has NOTHING to hide, WHY are they hiding PUBLIC RECORDS about this HOAX? There's your answer, right? This shooting is a HOAX and everyone involved in ANY aspect of CONCEALING this hoax, is a LIAR.
At the 0:44 mark, the reporter says "Tempe PD would only agree to release the records if he and the family signed a NON-DISCLOSURE agreement with a MILLION DOLLAR PENALTY if it was breached"

"PHOENIX — A retirement board granted early accidental disability retirement to a former Tempe police officer who fatally shot a teenager who was holding a replica gun and fleeing from a vehicle burglary."
There was NO "accident" in this event. This Tempe officer either MURDERED, IN COLD BLOOD, a 14 year old boy OR this entire event is a HOAX. There is NO accident. So what it boils down to is that the government MAFIA has rewarded a WORTHLESS PIECE OF GARBAGE in a Tempe Police uniform for his CRISIS ACTOR ROLE PLAYING.
The article then says "Prosecutors are reviewing the case to determine if the use of force was justified and if any criminal charges should be filed against Jaen."
