"Jericho" is the New World Order using CBS to Warn

NEWS BRIEF: "NETWORKS PLAN 'END OF AMERICA' SHOWS", The Drudge Report, Sunday, November 27, 2005

"The TV networks are getting edgier in their '06 pilot plans. The nets have filled their development slates with a bevy of brave ideas and bold format experiments, VARIETY reports on Monday, including shows about THE END OF AMERICA. ABC alone has at least two would-be shows set in post-apocalyptic America ('Resistance' and 'Red & Blue') while Gavin Polone and Bruce Wagner are teaming for the comfy-sounding plague drama 'Four Horsemen' at CBS (which also is developing 'Jericho', about life in a small town after America is destroyed)."

"Says Fox exec VP Craig Erwich: 'The creative community appears to be really inspired this year', he says. 'It was an exciting time to be buying. I came away pretty encouraged about network TV'."

Disasters sell products and TV air space. This Fox executive states “It was an exciting time to be buying.” Notice the title of the CBS show uses “Jericho” from the King James Bible. This was another end times plot by Hollywood and the New World Order. It is New World Order predictive programming. The New World Order intentionally uses Biblical themes and Biblical names as they are following the Bible script in these end times. Satan always twists scripture to deceive.

The television series called “Jericho” had 29 episodes that aired Sept. 20, 2006 through March 25, 2008. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locations_in_Jericho_%28TV_series%29

In the television series, Jericho is a fictional town in Kansas named after a Palestinian city located near the Jordan River in the West Bank. The conspiracy is within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the CIA to attack twenty-seven major U.S. cities by detonating nuclear warheads and blamed on North Korea and Iran. 25 cities were struck, 2 warheads failed to reach the targets, New York City and Columbus,Ohio. They also knocked out the power grid with an EMP and martial law was declared. China was made out to be the good guys by dropping food and supplies to surviving towns by air. In the end they blame it on a lone, rogue, veteran, patriot type that infiltrated DHS with a plan to bring order out of chaos and put a new government in place.

In Jericho, 20 kiloton nuclear bombs are detonated in U.S. cities, in federal false flag attacks. Less than a week later, EMP attacks destroy the power grid, electronics, and communications.

How does the summary of the television series connect to scripture in the King James Bible?

The Antichrist is definitely a serious matter. He will head up a one world government that holds the entire world captive. This headship is the same ruling position that Satan offered to Jesus when he tempted him (Luke 4:5-7). For the last the last 3½ years of this age, God will allow Satan to take full authority over all nations and give it to the Antichrist (Revelation 13:7, 2).

Revelation 12:13 tells us that the Antichrist will hunt down every person. He will deceive people into taking the Mark of the Beast without which they will not be able to buy or sell to meet their needs Revelation 9:1-12, Revelation 13:16-18). He will also go to war with the nations that resist his rule.

Here is one of the connections between the television show “Jericho” and scripture:

More than one third of the world population will be killed in the war with Asia that results (Daniel 8:24, Daniel 11:44; Revelation 9:13-21). He will have total control that will bring a form of deceptive “peace and prosperity”. Jesus and Paul predicted this deceptive "peace and safety" would be in place right before great destruction from God comes and brings the end of the reign of the Antichrist (Matthew 24:38-39; 1Thessolonians 5:3).

The 7 years of Tribulation start when Pope John Paul II arrives on the scene. Pope John Paul II will tell us what the Mark of the Beast is.

What can we learn from the King James Bible record of the Battle of Jericho that can help us today?

God Performs a Miracle in the Battle of Jericho  Read: Joshua 1:1 - 6:25

The battle of Jericho featured one of the most astounding miracles in the Bible, proving that God stood with the Israelites. After the death of Moses, God chose Joshua, son of Nun, to be the leader of the Israelite people. They set about to conquer the land of Canaan, under the Lord's guidance. God said to Joshua:

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9

Spies from the Israelites sneaked into the walled city of Jericho and stayed at the house of Rahab, a prostitute. Rahab had faith in God. She hid the spies from the king's soldiers, and when the time was right, she helped the spies escape out a window and down a rope, since her house was built into the city wall.

Rahab made the spies swear an oath. She promised not to give their plans away, and in return they swore to spare Rahab and her family when the battle of Jericho began. She was to tie a scarlet cord in her window as a sign of their protection.

The Israelite people continued to move into Canaan. God commanded Joshua to have the priests carry the Ark of the Covenant into the center of the Jordan River, which was at flood stage. As soon as they stepped into the river, the water stopped flowing. It piled up in heaps upstream and downstream, so the people could cross on dry ground. God performed a miracle for Joshua, just as he had done for Moses, by parting the Red Sea.

God had a unique plan for the battle of Jericho. He told Joshua to have the armed men march around the city once each day, for six days. The priests were to carry the ark, blowing trumpets, but the soldiers were to keep silent.

On the seventh day, the assembly marched around the walls of Jericho seven times. Joshua told them that by God's order, every living thing in the city must be destroyed, except Rahab and her family. All articles of silver, gold, bronze and iron were to go into the Lord's treasury.

At Joshua's command, the men gave a great shout, and Jericho's walls fell down flat! The Israelite army rushed in and conquered the city. Only Rahab and her family were spared.

Important points to learn from the Battle of Jericho:

Joshua felt unqualified for the monumental task of taking over for Moses, but God promised to be with him every step of the way, just as he had been for Moses. This same God is with us today, protecting and guiding us.

Rahab the prostitute made the right choice. She went with God, instead of the evil people of Jericho. Joshua spared Rahab and her family in the battle of Jericho. In the New Testament, we learn that God favored her by making Rahab one of the ancestors of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World.

Joshua's strict obedience to God is a key lesson from this story. At every turn Joshua did exactly as he was told and the Israelites prospered under his leadership. An ongoing theme in the Old Testament is that when the Jews obeyed God, they did well. When they disobeyed, the consequences were bad. The same is true for us today.

As Moses' apprentice, Joshua learned firsthand that he wouldn't always understand God's ways. Human nature sometimes made Joshua want to question God's plans, but instead he chose to obey and watch what happened. Joshua is an excellent example of humility before God.

Joshua's love for God, fear of the Lord and strong faith in God led him to obey, no matter how illogical God's command and instructions seemed to be to the human mind. Joshua also drew from the past, remembering the impossible deeds God had accomplished through Moses.

Do you trust God with ALL aspects of your life?

Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, been filled with the Holy Spirit and surrendered ALL aspects of your life to Him?

God changes not. When you walk with Him, lead by the Holy Spirit, He promises to be with you wherever you go.

The scriptures of the King James Bible are spiritual reality.  Always trust and obey God - be humble. Radically Obey God (prompting of the Holy Spirit) regardless of how illogical the instructions He has given you seem to be. He will lead you, be with you and give you wisdom.
