Praying the Bible out loud is powerful for spiritual breakthrough. Praying God’s Word and speaking God's Word is a weapon against Satan.

Prayer is essential to living a life surrendered to the Holy Spirit. (Psalm 145:18-19; Matthew 7:7-8; Ephesians 5:18-20; 6:18; 1Thessalonians 5:17; 1John 3:22).  You are to be devoted to prayer according to God's will, and to bring everything and everyone unceasingly before the Lord in prayer (Luke 18:1; Ephesians 6:18; Philippians 4:6; Colossians 4:2; 1Thessolonians 5:17; 1Timothy 2:1; 1John 5:14-15).

Satan knows the power of the Word of God (King James Bible).

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be
opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8)

Prayer is communicating with God. It takes different forms, but basically it occurs when man talks with God and God talks with man.

Prayer is described as:

Calling upon the name of the Lord: Genesis 12:8
Crying unto God: Psalms 27:7; 34:6
Drawing near to God: Psalms 73:28; Hebrews 10:22
Looking up: Psalms 5:3
Lifting up the soul: Psalms 25:1
Lifting up the heart: Lamentations 3:41
Pouring out the heart: Psalms 62:8
Pouring out the soul: I Samuel 1:15
Crying to Heaven: II Chronicles 32:20
Beseeching the Lord: Exodus 32:11

Two praying together is the smallest unit of corporate prayer.

It is Biblical structure as well as its inherent power is revealed in the following Scripture: Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. (Matthew 18:19)

Find a friend who wants to be an intercessor and begin to pray together on a regular basis.

If you are married, it is good for the two of you to pray together. If you have someone praying with you, they can help you keep going if you get discouraged.

Several Scriptures describe the hand of God moving and guiding people (1 Samuel 5:11; 2 Chronicles 30:12; Job 19:21; 27:11; Ecclesiastes 2:24; 9:1). These passages do not mean that God literally has a hand. The Bible declares that God is spirit (John 4:24),

I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh...(Joel 2:28)

The hand of God is a symbol of God’s guidance, instruction, and discipline. The more we recognize the hand of God, the better we will be able to follow His lead.

Through the study of God’s Word, a strong prayer life, and an abiding trust in God, we can learn to recognize, trust, and enjoy the hand of God moving in our lives.

How can we better recognize the hand of God moving in our lives?

We must familiarize ourselves with God’s Word (2 Timothy 3:16-17), which tells us about who God is and what He does.

Similar to how an instruction manual helps us to understand a particular device, so reading God’s Word helps us to understand how God works and how we should respond to Him.

Frequently, due to sin, rebellion, and the other factors, God simply withdraws His protective hand and allows sin, Satan, and chaos to have their way.

When God removes His hand of protection, the only result is a barren waste.

Isaiah 5:11-17. Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! 12And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.

True greatness is found in the humble heart, found only in one who has given all to the LORD.

We get caught up in one of satan’s lies when we give veneration to the wicked and we dispise the lowly. Through Isaiah the LORD clearly defines the state of the wicked rich: a state of woe.

Please know that the people who work hard to bring this website ministry to you covet your prayers, with thanksgiving.

2 Thessalonians 3:1-2:Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
